Valentine's Divorce

As a public service, the Webb Law Firm will give away each year a free divorce to the person, who in the opinion of the Webb Law firm presents the most compelling story as to why they deserve a free divorce. The divorce is limited to an uncontested, no-fault divorce with no or minimal child custody issues. The contest will begin immediately.  The winner will be announced via press release on Valentine’s Day of each year.  While the service is free, the winner will be responsible for all fees, costs and expenses associated with the divorce.  The divorce is limited to divorces with jurisdiction in West Virginia.”

Property Settlement Agreements
During a divorce action, or in anticipation of a divorce action, many times the parties are able to agree to the property and support issues in their divorce. The documents that are prepared in cases where the parties agree to property and support issues are known as property settlement agreements or separation agreements. If the parties can only agree to property issues, the document is called a property settlement agreement and if the parties are able to agree to all issues, including support, maintenance, child support, parenting plans, assets, debts, and other support, then the document is called a separation agreement. Attorney Rusty Webb has had twenty years of experience in preparing property settlement agreements and separation agreements in divorces where both parties agree and do not desire to let the Court decide those issues.
